GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (GTC) FOR WORKSHOPS

1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to the workshops offered by Produktionsallianz Campus GmbH. The workshops are not part of the regular seminar series offered by AV!Campus, E!Campus or producer:in:motion.

2. Organizer
Produktionsallianz Campus is the organizer of the workshops. It is responsible for the conception, organization and implementation of the workshops. This includes, in particular, the selection and briefing of instructors, the provision of (digital) seminar rooms, including equipment and, where applicable, technical equipment, as well as the support of participants.

3. Registration and Participation Requirements
In addition to participants from AV!Campus and E!Campus, the workshops are also aimed at employees of film, television and commercial film production companies. The classification of the workshops (for beginners, advanced participants or professionals) and the respective participation requirements must be observed.

Registration is only accepted in writing using the registration form on the website or the PDF registration form. Registration is binding and will be processed by Produktionsallianz Campus in the order in which it is received. Participants will then receive a confirmation of registration. Detailed information regarding instructors, venue, time, and any seminar assignments to be completed in advance will be provided to participants in good time before the workshop.

The seminars generally take place from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

By registering, participants give their consent, which may be revoked at any time, to the electronic processing and storage of their registration data. Produktionsallianz Campus reserves the right to make information about participants (e.g. name, company, position and, where applicable, contact details for the purpose of subsequent contact) available to instructors and to the providers of the premises on site, unless this consent has been expressly revoked in writing.

4. Participation Fees
A participation fee is payable per workshop and per person for the services provided by Produktionsallianz Campus. The fee is invoiced separately, generally after the event. The participation fee includes the right to attend the workshop, the use of technical equipment, the provision of workshop materials and, upon request, the issuance of a certificate of participation. Catering is not included.

5. Minimum Number of Participants
If the minimum number of ten (10) paying participants per workshop date has not been reached by the stated registration deadline, Produktionsallianz Campus reserves the right not to hold the respective workshop. If a workshop does not take place, participation fees already received will be refunded; personnel, material, travel or other costs will not be reimbursed.

6. Right to Make Changes
Produktionsallianz Campus reserves the right to make necessary changes or deviations to the content, methodology or organization before or during the event, provided that this does not substantially alter the benefit of the announced event for the participants. Produktionsallianz Campus is entitled, if necessary, to replace the scheduled instructors with other persons who are equally qualified with regard to the announced topic.

If the date of the workshop is postponed, participants have the right to withdraw from their registration within 14 days of being notified of the new date by notifying Produktionsallianz Campus in writing (by email). If they do not exercise this right, their silence will be deemed to constitute binding registration for the workshop on the new date, without the need for renewed confirmation by Produktionsallianz Campus.

7. Entry into Force, Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation
The workshop booking becomes effective upon submission of the registration form on the website or submission of the registration form, followed by confirmation of registration by Produktionsallianz Campus. It ends upon completion of the respective workshop.

The participant has a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of confirmation of registration by Produktionsallianz Campus. After the withdrawal period has expired, 50% of the participation fee will be due in the event of cancellation up to six (6) weeks before the start of the respective workshop, and 100% of the participation fee will be due in the event of cancellation less than six weeks before the start of the respective workshop. If a booking is made less than two (2) weeks before the workshop, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply.

In such cases, 100% of the participation fee is always due in the event of cancellation.

Participants may nominate substitute participants at any time in place of the person originally registered.

8. Copyright and Liability
The materials provided are protected by copyright. Reproduction, distribution and commercial use of the materials are only permitted with the express prior written consent of Produktionsallianz Campus and/or the instructors.

The documents provided during the seminars are prepared to the best of our knowledge and based on the information available to us. Liability and warranty for the accuracy, currency and completeness of the documents are excluded.

9. Data Protection
The storage and processing of customer data is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The data is stored for the purposes of processing registrations, invoicing and designing the content of the seminars, issuing certificates of participation, and promoting the services offered by Produktionsallianz Campus. Participants may object in writing to the use of their data for promotional purposes at any time.

Data will not be disclosed to third parties for external advertising purposes. Further information on the collection, processing and storage of personal data can be found in our Data Protection Policy.
